Ingredients
  • 6 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 100g almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp splenda
  • 100ml water
Method

Mix all dry ingredients together well. Mix all wet ingredients together. Mix together and then pour into greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
